A grown-up can choose one-off coin top-ups or a monthly card plan in the web wallet when checkout is available. A monthly plan adds its stated coin allowance after each successful payment. iOS and Android purchases will be handled separately when those apps launch.

A clear number of pupil places

Preview allowance: 50 pupils
One place belongs to one pupil, even when pupils take turns on the same computer. It is not a shared login for the whole school.
Your administrator manages the places
After activation, the administrator will see assigned and remaining places. When the allowance is full, adding another pupil will require more places. Changes for pupils who leave will go through a recorded replacement process.
Device and simultaneous-use limits will be shown before payment. Pupil sign-ins cannot change the allowance or make purchases.

The wallet shows the available price, currency, coin amount and whether payment is one-off or monthly before checkout. A monthly plan renews until cancelled. Manage or cancel it through the grown-up wallet. Purchased coins have no scheduled expiry; refunds and payment disputes can adjust the balance or pause access.
Hosted checkout
A grown-up signs in and continues to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Card details are entered there. Purchased coins appear only after the server confirms a successful payment; a return link alone never grants coins.
