Help us understand the problem

• Your device and browser, or the separately supplied app version.
• The language, activity and screen involved.
• What you expected and what happened instead.

For a payment question, add the grown-up account email and order reference. Keep your receipt while we look into it. Do not repeat a payment just because a return page looks incomplete.

Keep private details private

Please do not send a child’s name, photograph, recording, drawing or identity document. Never include a password, recovery code or full card details. Sano does not attach learning records or diagnostics automatically when you choose an email link.

If you request access, correction or deletion of adult account information, we may need to check account ownership. Learning data saved only on a device cannot be retrieved or erased remotely by email.

For school use, see the classroom guide. School prices and licensing are still being prepared; an enquiry does not create a licence or pupil account.
